Who am I?
My name is Robert Hean and I've been using Atlassian products since 2013. When I started using them I never had any training, which forced me to learn to use them on my own. This was incredibly frustrating, and led me to begin building resources for others to avoid the pain.
Since then I've earned multiple Atlassian certifications, hold regular live trainings and have multiple courses to help others become better at using these tools - and to avoid the frustration of not knowing.
